Sermon: This Day Lead My Soul In Your Righteousness
Pastor Tony Arnold
Scripture Reference: Psalm 5

We live in an age of smooth talker. Manipulation and deception are all encompassing. Men long to hear words that will satisfy their flesh rather than having instructions for the soul. People love to be delighted by things that entertain our senses, distract our intelligence through all kinds of devises that will feed our cultural hunger but will never feed our soul. Soulful living is one that is based on righteous standards as we face each new day.

Sermon: Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep
Pastor Tony Arnold
Scripture Reference:Psalm 4
February 19, 2006
When we pray, we often do not think about our soul in prayer to the Lord. We think about many things we ask God for. We ask God to give us sleep, but we have many things on our mind that give us unrest. What does it truly mean to have rest? When you go through the world, week to week, what things do you bring to sleep with you at night? What’s the last thing on your mind? We meet David at such a place in Psalm 4. He moves from speaking about the physical attacks (mentioned in Psalm 3), to discussing the verbal, psychological and emotional attacks of his detractors that trouble him.

Sermon: O, My God, Save Me
Pastor Tony Arnold
Scripture Reference: Psalm 3

At times, as we grow in Christ, we will find that we will lose friends and family. As a people, we may experience supernatural attacks; spiritual attacks from demonic influences and emotional wounds from the past. The Psalmist David comes into these themes in Psalm 3.
