When we are looking to the Lord for strength, we are to stand up for Jesus. There are so many times when we become distracted with the things of the world. These distractions will never subside, and this is why the armor of God is so important. Pastor Tony Arnold continues in his series, looking at Ephesians 6.11-13 and instructs us on why we need this armor and reminding us our position in Christ.
We often live our everyday lives unprepared for the spiritual warfare that is around us. How are we to respond biblically to this challenge? Where do we find the strength to fight this battle and in what ways can we prepare to honor God? Pastor Tony Arnold begins a series in the Armor of God, looking at Ephesians 6.10-20 and encourages us to look to the Lord alone for strength.
Sorrow and suffering is part of the life of Jesus. Mankind is godless- hater of his law and his very being.Sin had to be paid for, and only Jesus, perfect and sinless in this life had to pay the price. Pastor Tony Arnold reminds us in John 20.11-20 of our sinfulness and the joy we are to have in Christ’s victory over death on the Cross.

What is it that God wants us to learn? Dr. Steve Musser teaches from 1 Kings 16.29-18.39, reminding us that times God sends us to the wilderness to submit to his will for His glory.
